The annual accounts of certain undertakings for collective investment with a variable number of units (investment funds) may be filed as an annex to the annual accounts of the Belgian management company.

 A foreign management company that does not have a Belgian enterprise number (CBE number) and therefore cannot use the Filing application must follow an alternative procedure:

1. Forward the annual accounts of the mutual investment fund to [email protected] with [email protected] in CC for review for legibility and unilingualism stating the name of the management company (+ address and identification number), name of the investment fund, financial year
2. Upon acceptance by the Central Balance Sheet Office, the disclosure costs should be paid to account number with IBAN code BE06 1000 0220 0722 and BIC code NBBEBEBB203 in the name of NBB Central Balance Sheet Office with the mention 'Annual Accounts ICB + name'.
3. As soon as the payment is received, the annual accounts are published on our website, indicating the name of the management company, the name of the investment fund, the financial year, the filing date (equal to the date of receipt of the annual accounts by e-mail if accepted).
4. After publication, the client will receive by e-mail the 'Notice of Filing of Financial Statements' which serves as proof of filing and payment.
