No, this is not your responsibility. Information about loans and other forms of credit is submitted to the CCR solely by lenders. They are required by law to report this information.

No, you can only consult credit data recorded in the CCR under your name or the name of the company for which you are a legal representative.
3. rectification of data
How can I get erroneous credit information recorded in the CCR under my name or the name of the company for which I am a legal representative corrected?
In this case, it is best to contact directly the bank or leasing company that submitted the data to the CCR. If the data are indeed inaccurate, the lender is obliged to make the necessary corrections to the information on file with the CCR.
