Which data are kept in the CCR?

The CCR contains only data about credit extended to natural and legal persons further to the conduct of a professional activity.

Am I responsible for submitting information about my company’s loans and credit arrangements to the CCR myself?

No, this is not your responsibility. Information about loans and other forms of credit is submitted to the CCR solely by lenders. They are required by law to report this information.

2. consultation of data

Can I view my company’s data and receive an overview of the data pertaining to me in the CCR?

Yes, you can consult credit data recorded under your own name or the name of the company for which you are a legal representative.

Can I consult data pertaining to another person?

No, you can only consult credit data recorded in the CCR under your name or the name of the company for which you are a legal representative.

3. rectification of data

In this case, it is best to contact directly the bank or leasing company that submitted the data to the CCR. If the data are indeed inaccurate, the lender is obliged to make the necessary corrections to the information on file with the CCR.
