General Meeting of Shareholders of 31 May 2010

The Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of 31 May 2010 re-elected Messrs Rudy De Leeuw and Gérald Frère and Mrs Martine Durez as regents and Baron Paul Buysse and Messrs Luc Carsauw and Jean-François Cats as censors.

Their terms of office will end at the close of the Ordinary General Meeting in 2013.
