The Securities Regulation Fund

The Securities Regulation Fund has been dissolved as of 1 January 2017 by the law of 25 October 2016 on the creation of the Fedral Dept Agency and the dissolution of the Securies Regulation Fund, published in the Official Gazette on 16 November 2016.

The Securities Regulation Fund was an independent public institution, created by the decree-law of 18 May 1945, whose liabilities were guaranteed by the Belgian State. The tasks entrusted to it related to the secondary market in bonds of the Belgian public debt.

The Fund used to publish market information relating to the prices and volumes on the secondary market in linear bonds, split securities (strips) and Treasury certificates issued by the Belgian State.
