Colloque international 2016 sur le thème "The transmission mechanism of new and traditional instruments of monetary and macroprudential policy"

La crise financière et la crise économique qui s’en est suivie ont posé de nouveaux défis à la politique monétaire et démontré la nécessité d’une politique macroprudentielle. De plus, dans l’environnement actuel de faible inflation et de politique de taux zéro, les limites des instruments conventionnels de la politique monétaire ont été atteintes. Dès lors, dans le contexte économique actuel, de nouveaux instruments doivent être mis en œuvre, tant pour la politique monétaire que pour la politique macroprudentielle. Les canaux de transmission et l’efficacité de ces nouveaux instruments n’ont pas encore été analysés de façon très détaillée. Cette conférence a présenté dans ce cadre une série de nouveaux résultats d’analyses.
