Technical documents
OneGate XML reports must comply with technical specifications, different for each report. The table below contains the hyperlinks to all necessary technical documents, such as the submission protocol, a set of templates with figures and validation rules.

| 31/12/2020 | The technical protocol for the reporting of Scheme A has been modified. The tolerance margin on the validation rules is increased in order to reduce the reporting burden for the banking sector. For the base tables 00.10 – 00.60, the tolerance is maintained (intra-table : 5 units ; inter-table : 10 units) but for all the other tables, the tolerance is increased for intra-table validation rules up to 20 units and for inter-table validation rules up to 40 units. |

| 19/06/2020 | The validation rules of the Scheme A have been amended as per the new sectorization of counterparties European Stability Mechanism (ESM) and European Financial Stability Facility (EFSF). Those validation rules are applicable as of August 2020 for the reference period of July 2020. |
| 24/03/2020 | The report "RIAD_ATTRIBUTES" for the "Collection of additional reference data to determine the European reporting obligations" is implemented in OneGate and has been opened in the domain MBS.
Institutions which are subject to the Bank's supervision and which are also at the highest level of consolidation within the Member States participating in the SSM, are requested to report these additional attributes to the Bank as well for those entities within their group that are located in a Member State not participating in the SSM, or in a third country. Please contact the NBB if you are in this situation. |
