Standard forms

Several standard forms are available to report foreign accounts in writing:

• Reporting foreign accounts to the CPC (available in Dutch, French and German)
• Reporting changes to a foreign account previously reported to the CPC:
  • Closure/decumulation of a foreign account (available in Dutch, French and German)
  • Correction of previously reported data relating to a foreign account (available in Dutch, French and German)
  • Deletion of data relating to a foreign account (this form may only be used to correct errors) (available in Dutch, French and German)
