Exchanging damaged euro notes
In some cases, damaged euro notes can still be exchanged. The conditions are set out below.
Exchange by post

Request | Send the completed form along with a (double-sided) copy of the ID card of both the applicant and the beneficiary, as well as proof that the account belongs to the applicant (a bank statement or a photocopy of the bank card), to the Central Cash Office. |
