How can I consult the data at the Central Register?

You can find out which data is registered in your name at the Central Register

  • either via the Internet, based upon your electronic identity card
  • or by submitting a request in writing together with a photocopy of both sides of your identity card
  • or by direct contact with a branch of the National Bank of Belgium

You will receive a summary of the data registered in your name (lender’s name, contract number, amount borrowed and contract situation).
