Debt negotiators

A debt negotiator may have the right to consult the Individual Credit Register (ICR). This right applies when the debt negotiator has been appointed by a labour court further to a collective debt settlement.

Debt negotiators are often lawyers or from public social welfare centres.

The ICR will send the data requested by debt negotiators by post.
