How to report?

The easiest way to make your declaration is through the web application!

You can use the web application of the Central Point of Contact for accounts and financial contracts (CPC) to:

  • declare your foreign account(s),
  • report changes to previously reported data.

This application can be accessed using Itsme or your electronic identity card (as for Tax-on-web). The web application is continuously available, except on Sunday mornings from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and during maintenance.

The fastest and easiest way to provide information to the CPC is through the web application! If you choose to make your declaration online, you do not have to send information by post afterwards.

Declaration in writing

If you prefer to submit your data in writing, you can do so by using the standard forms made available by the FPS Finance. In total, there are four types of reporting to the CPC, for each of which a specific standard form has been developed.

You (or your authorised representative) must download this form, print it, fill it in and sign it by hand. You can also fill in the form electronically first and then print and sign it.

The paper form must then be sent by post to the following address (together with a copy of the front and back of your identity card and of that of the authorised representative, if any):
