Time-limits for holding data
The time-limits for holding data are as follows:
- for the credit contract without overdue debt: three months and eight working days after the date on which the credit contract ends.
- for the overdue debt:
- in case of non-regularisation: ten years starting from the date of the first overdue debt;
- in case of regularisation: in principle, one year starting from the regularisation date. Under no circumstances may this time-limit result in the ten year holding period being exceeded, calculated starting from the date on which the overdue payment was first recorded.
