Consultation by borrowers
Any debtor, whether a natural person or a legal entity, is entitled to ask for the data recorded in his name at the Central Corporate Credit Register (Article 6 of the Royal Decree of 15 June 2012). Consultation of the data is free of charge.
Requests must be addressed in writing to:

Requests must be accompanied by:
- a copy of both sides of the identity card of the natural person exercising his right of access and representing a legal entity. In this last case, an evidence of the authority of representative must also be provided
- full identification particulars: surname, official first name, date of birth, full home address and company number for those natural persons to whom this relates; business name, legal form, address of registered office and national business register number in the case of legal entities.
In the case of a request for correction, written proof of the erroneous nature of the record must be supplied. Afterwards, this will be transmitted to the participant in question. This correction is free of charge.
