Consulting data

Both natural and legal persons (‘registered persons’) whose data are recorded in the Central Point of Contact for accounts and financial contracts (CPC) and other parties entitled to access this information can consult the CPC:

Consultation by registered persons (natural and legal persons)
anyone can request free of charge an overview of the data pertaining to them recorded in the CPC. 

Consultation by other parties entitled to access information:
a limited number of persons, referred to as 'authorised persons', are legally entitled to consult data in the CPC database, as part of their public interest mission. They are referred to as ‘parties entitled to access the information’.
