Notification of filing via e-Box Enterprise
From 4 April 2022, the NBB will send the notification of filing of your annual accounts electronically to your company's secure electronic mailbox (e-Box Enterprise). From then on, notifications will NO LONGER be sent by post.

What is the e-Box Enterprise?
The e-Box Enterprise is an electronic mailbox that centralises all official communication between your company and various Belgian authorities.
Which documents can you find there?
What a government service used to send you by post, you can now receive via the e-Box Enterprise. Permits, certificates, tax assessments, subsidy awards, notification of the filing of annual accounts, you name it. And you don't have to print them, because all these documents are legally valid.
Who is participating?
Federal, regional and local government services can send documents via the e-Box Enterprise. FPS Economy, the Flemish tax authority and the social security institutions are among those that already do so. And the list of senders is getting longer. From 4 April 2022, the NBB (Central Balance Sheet Office) will also be connected.
How to activate your e-Box Enterprise?
The e-Box Enterprise is free of charge, but your company must register. That is easier than you might think.
- Log into csam.be with your eID or itsme.
- Enter your company’s KBO number.
- Choose who should have access (you or someone else).
- Add any other employees who should have access.

How does it work?
The e-Box Enterprise looks like an ordinary mailbox and it exclusively contains government documents.
You can set the e-Box Enterprise to send a notification to your e-mail address as soon as a new document arrives.
Replying to a message is also possible.
And it goes without saying: you can check your e-Box Enterprise very easily on mobile devices.
Opt for digital only
Do yourself and the environment a favour and opt-in. This means that you will only receive your government documents in the e-Box Enterprise, instead of by post.
From 4 April 2022, you will only receive the notification of filing of your annual accounts in your e-Box Enterprise, without the option of having it sent by post.
