With the new application currently being developed, the Central Balance Sheet Office wants to offer you even more powerful and user-friendly instruments that meet today's requirements. The new application will bring many significant changes. Here is an overview.

Why a new application?

Since its establishment in 1978, the Central Balance Sheet Office has been collecting and circulating the annual accounts of almost all legal entities in Belgium. Over the years, it has continuously adapted to the changing technological context, as shown in the diagram below. Today, driven by the need for more automation and digitalisation, another major reform of our applications is coming.

What will change at the beginning of April 2022?

Notification of filing via e-Box

 

From 4 April 2022 you will only receive the notification of filing in your official e-Box.

If you don't have one yet, create it now  (see www.eboxenterprise.be)

New Filing Application

 

A single application for drawing up and filing your annual accounts

  • Your own personal space to manage your forms
  • Testing possible from September 2021
  • Operational as of 4 April 2022
  • Not supported on Internet Explorer

 

Disclosure

 

  • Publication of annual accounts shortly after validation of the payment
  • Download of the accounting data in text format

Bank account update

 

 

More convenient payment

  • Pay via credit card, debit card (Maestro, Bancontact), smartphone and QR-code
  • Filing agents can send a secure payment link to the company that is due to pay
  • A new NBB bank account number via payment service provider CCV

New-style access 

 

 

Use of the government’s gateway CSAM

  • Access to the FILING application via CSAM
  • Connection possible via ItsMe
