The review is completed by four conceptual articles which deal with financial stability issues related to securities settlement systems, structured finance, savings deposits and the resolution of sovereign debt crises.

The additional half-yearly publication — which is only available in French or Dutch — offers a statistical overview of recent developments in the Belgian financial system, in the form of a series of tables and charts for credit institutions, investment firms, insurance companies, pension funds and public issues of securities.
