By Royal Decree dated 10 April 2014, Mr Vincent Magnée has been appointed as a Director of the National Bank of Belgium for a six-year mandate, with effect from 1 June 2014. Within the Board of Directors, Mr Magnée will take the place of Mrs Françoise Masai, who will step down from office as from 1 June 2014.

By the same royal decree, Mr Mathias Dewatripont, member of the Board of Directors, has been appointed Vice-Governor, with effect from 1 June 2014.

The Bank wishes Mr Magnée and Mr Dewatripont every success in their new functions.
