Works Council

In compliance with the Law of 20 September 1948 on the organisation of the economy, the Bank has its own Works Council, a joint consultation body composed of employer and employee representatives, who are elected every four years.

The main task of the Works Council is to give its opinion and to put forward suggestions on or objections to any measures that could change the work organisation, working conditions and the company’s productivity.

It is given specific economic and financial information by the Board of Directors, in accordance with the law.
