Can I visit the National Bank; may I take photographs of the building, the printing works, the counter hall?

For security reasons it is not possible to visit the National Bank. However, visitors can visit its museum, the scientific library and of course the central counter hall and the counters of the Central Balance Sheet Office and the Central Credit Offices.

The website of the Museum of the National Bank of Belgium has a rich Media Gallery, which you can use to browse photos about different themes such as the Museum, the architecture and history of the NBB, the Printing Works and the Belgian banknotes.

More photographs of the National Bank of Belgium are available from the NBB's photostream on Flickr: http://www.flickr.com/photos/nationalbankofbelgium/.
