Registration

Registration is reserved for students and teachers, as well as for staff of public or private institutions with which the library has an agreement. Registration is free of charge upon presentation of an identity card and a certificate of enrolment at an educational establishment or an organisation that has an agreement with the library.

Consultation and borrowing

Up to 5 books can be borrowed free of charge, for 1 month. Items on loan can be renewed once.

Books acquired within the last 6 months, journals as well as rare publications or reference works can not be lent out, but can be consulted in the library.

Photocopies

Registered readers can make photocopies. Cards for 10 or 50 units can be purchased in the library for 0.50€ and 2€ respectively.

Access to the Internet and specialist document databases and databanks

The reading room is equipped with PCs that give access to the library's catalogue, the internet, and many on-line sources of information. Access to a Wi-Fi network is provided as well.

Document research assistance

With their documentary research tools and wide expertise, the librarians are of assistance to all library users.
