The National Bank of Belgium's scientific library is one of the most important libraries in Belgium in the fields of economics, finance and monetary policy. The library's facilities may be used free of charge by students and teachers, as well as the staff of various public and private institutions with which the library has an agreement.

The library is housed in a 19th century, partially listed former bank building. More about the building.

Members of the public are free to visit the library premises during opening hours, i.e. between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.from Monday to Friday.

Guided tours may also be requested (2,5 euro per person) on 02 221 40 89 or art@nbb.be.
