The National Bank provides for the possibility of issuing on request:

• an extract from the file of published protests concerning accepted bills of exchange and promissory notes presented for payment since 23 September 1997 may be obtained directly from the National Bank. You will find more detailed information by clicking on Consultation.

The following attestations may be obtained only at the request of the financial institution of the drawer or drawee and for commercial paper presented for collection by 21/11/2011 at the latest:

• a "payment attestation": the bill has been paid as at the collection date
• an “attestation of regularisation after publication": the National Bank has been informed of the payment of a bill protested after its publication.
