Application “Filing annual accounts via the Internet”
All annual accounts can be filed using the “Filing annual accounts via the Internet” application.
Terms of use
Rejected accounts
The National Bank has to reject accounts which do not meet the technical and/or formal conditions applicable, or if the filing fees have not been duly paid. The person filing the accounts may also delete a set of accounts before the final processing if the accounts are submitted via the internet.
Payment options for filing via the Internet
Uploaded annual accounts files with the status “Awaiting payment” must be paid for before they can be accepted by the NBB

Proof of filing and payment
The so-called "Notice of filing of the annual accounts" is considered as proof of filing and payment of annual accounts.
Digital certificate
To make up an accounts file with Sofista or to file annual accounts via the Internet, you must have a valid digital certificate
