This application contains:

1. information about legal persons that have submitted annual accounts or consolidated annual accounts directly to the National Bank of Belgium (NBB) since 1992, or that should file annual accounts with the NBB in view of their legal form and situation;
2. information about the filed documents, namely the references of all annual accounts and consolidated annual accounts that have been filed directly with the NBB since 1 January 1992;
3. a PDF file for each set of annual accounts and consolidated annual accounts that have been filed during the current calender year and the five previous calendar years;
4. an XBRL file for each set of annual accounts that have been filed in this form since April 2007 by the legal persons concerned. These XBRL files are mainly intended for users who wish to analyse the financial situation of the legal persons in question without having to re-input the basic data already submitted. To this end, they can make use of specially adapted software that is already available on the Belgian market or is likely to be developed, upon their request, by private software industry.

In principle, the consultation of annual accounts in the form of PDF- of XBRL-files is guaranteed from Monday to Friday from 8.30 a.m. to 5 p.m., except on days off and on bank holidays.  Consulting will probably also be possible beyond that schedule, although access to the application "On-line consultation of annual accounts" can then not be guaranteed.
