The data recorded in the files of the Central Individual Credit Register are supplied by the following participants  :

• credit institutions
• social lenders
• instalment sellers
• other financial institutions providing consumer credits
• insurance companies and other lenders providing mortgage loans
• credit insurance companies
• debt collection agencies.

Lenders must be admitted to the profession by the Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA).
