	Administrative formalities Stages to be completed: Stage 1: request by the participant to NBB for a certificate. The formalities (F - N) to be completed in order to obtain the generation codes. Stage 2: creation of an NBB certificate via a browser. Using the generation codes obtained in stage 1, you can generate a certificate.
